“I own a rental home in Riverside and my residence in Bel Aire. Matt Brown is the owner of Pipe Medic. The first time I used him was around 5 years ago, when he was doing a lot more than plumbing. I was doing a major remodel of the Riverside home, which was built in 1903. Matt was referred to me by our executive secretary, for whom he had done some extensive remodeling. Matt ended up doing a lot of sub contract construction work for me on the exterior and interior of the home, along with re-plumbing some of the original piping to bring it up to code. I was extremely impressed with Matt’s professionalism and the quality of his detail work which included building a new closet in what had been a game room, converted into a bedroom. He had to match the original “build style” of that room, to make it look like it had always been there.
